Avama Folding Doors helped Jane from Hove to transform her living space with the help of folding sliding doors when she undertook a complete overall of her Hove kitchen. With folding sliding doors Jane was able to pull a lot more light into the living space she created when she knocked down diving walls in the rear of her Victorian property, to make a large open plan kitchen /dining space. Jane told Avama,

"I'm lucky enough to live in A Victorian home near Hove seafront. The rear of my Hove home faces East therefore while it's lovely in the morning to have the sun first thing, I loose this around noon as the sun moves around. Folding Sliding Doors have changed all of that as the large glass area they have created give much more light into the living space."

Jane worked with Avama from early on in the project. You can see here that Jane's folding sliding doors consisted of 5 sections, all hinged to open to the right. There was one single opening door on the left, giving easy access in and out of the home. With the flow of traffic in and out of a home often high, having a single opening folding door is advisable to give maximum flexibility.
